What do I do if I lost my Automated Pass?

E-mail the Corporate Parker Program at info@parkbuffaloairport.com or call 1-877-735-9280 (outside the U.S. dial 1-440-735-9280) between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, Monday – Friday, to deactivate your lost pass and order a replacement pass. The replacement pass will incur a $40.00 replacement cost, which will be charged to the credit card linked with the Corporate Parker Program account. Members also have the option to have 400 points deducted from their account, instead of incurring the $40.00 charge.
